I have a wide range of experience, working with everyone from office and manual workers, children to seniors, elite athletes, weekend warriors, professional musicians, stage performers and first-responders.

I provide one-on-one treatments for the entire appointment, with longer than average appointment times.  Patients are actively engaged for optimum results including the use of state-of-the-art exercise prescription software that allows videos at home on your mobile device.

Easy street parking.  Struggling with childcare?  Kids are welcome to attend your appointment with you. (Currently unavailable due to Covid-19 protocols.)

Vestibular / Concussion Therapy
Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, used by physiotherapists, to improve the symptoms of BPPV and vertigo which may include poor balance, dizziness and nausea.  Symptoms can originate from the Vestibular system which is part of the inner ear and the parts of the brain that control your balance and eye movements. Similar techniques can also be used in the treatment of concussion symptoms.

Dry Needling / IMS
Dry Needling is a treatment technique applied into a muscle with a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle).   The  needle is inserted into specific locations, detected by the therapist,  known as myofascial trigger points (knots in the muscle) that are instantly released, thus restoring function.
